OppsDashboard provides custom-built AI-powered operations dashboards for manufacturers and businesses. Our services include consultation, design, development, and deployment of branded client portals. Demo versions of our dashboards are provided for demonstration purposes only and contain representative data.
Demo access
Access to demo dashboards is provided on a per-request basis. Demo content, data, and features are for evaluation purposes only. The demo does not constitute a live product and should not be relied upon for business decisions. We reserve the right to revoke demo access at any time.
Intellectual property
All content, code, design, and intellectual property within OppsDashboard and its demo environments remains the property of EmployAI Limited unless explicitly transferred under a separate written agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our dashboards, designs, or code without prior written consent.
Client dashboards
Dashboards built for paying clients are subject to separate project agreements that define scope, deliverables, ownership, licensing, and ongoing support terms. These terms of service apply to the OppsDashboard website and demo access only.
Data and privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
Limitation of liability
OppsDashboard and its demo environments are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmployAI Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
Acceptable use
